Cancellation policy

Cancellation Timeframe:

Upon initial sign-up, customers have 24 hours to cancel order. Once this initial 24 hours have passed, customers may cancel their order or subscription at any time within 2 weeks of their next scheduled order date. 

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order or subscription, please log in to your account, navigate to your account, and select "cancel my subscription." If you are having problems with this, kindly send an email to admin@getwowwipes.com for assistance.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

For any canceled orders, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow for the standard processing time of your payment provider to credit your account.
